03 / BUILT AROUND YOUR TEAM

Keep the systems.
Improve the hand-off.

Your ERP may already support sourcing and purchasing. Netfix is useful where your team still spends time collecting different quotations, following up and preparing comparisons outside it.

Start with your existing vendors and one real requirement. Test whether the process saves your team time before committing to a larger rollout.

01

Use your approved vendors

Add external sourcing only when your requirement needs it.

02

Make differences visible

Review exclusions, warranties, lead times and payment terms together.

03

Keep approval with your company

Use the comparison to support your existing review and purchasing process.

04 / START WITH ONE JOB

Prove the value
on your next RFQ.

We’re inviting early company pilots for facilities, maintenance and industrial service requirements.

Discuss your requirements and agree the pilot scope and success measures before starting. Measure administration time, quotation completeness and the usefulness of the final comparison.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we start.

Is Netfix a contractor or a procurement system?

Netfix provides RFQ coordination and AI-assisted quotation comparison. The appointed contractor delivers the work. Your company retains technical review, vendor selection and purchasing approval.

Can we use only our existing vendors?

Yes. Start with your approved vendor list. External sourcing can be discussed when you need additional options.

Does AI decide which vendor wins?

No. AI can assist with organising information and highlighting differences. People must check the source quotations and review the comparison. Your company makes the final vendor decision.

Do we need to replace our ERP?

No. Start with a comparison that supports your current approval process. Direct ERP integrations are not part of this sample demo and should be separately scoped if required.

Can we upload confidential quotations into this demo?

No. This demo uses fictional data and sample attachments. It has no upload facility; do not enter confidential details. Text edits stay in the current tab and are never sent or stored. Before a live pilot, agree access permissions, document handling, retention and any AI processing with Netfix.

What does a company pilot involve?

Choose one real RFQ, nominate the person coordinating it and discuss the scope with Netfix. Record the existing administrative effort, run the workflow, then review the result together before deciding on repeat use.

LET’S START WITH A REAL REQUIREMENT

What’s the next job
on your list?

Tell Rail what you need, when you need it and how you currently obtain quotations. We’ll discuss whether a Netfix pilot is a practical fit.

Please share a brief description first. Agree document handling before sending confidential material.
